Hi this is the 1st time charting BBT so not sure how it works yet. As you can see in the picture, I only started charting my temps just after my period ended ( will chart 1st day of period next month ) and I've still got a few days to go before my next cycle starts but you can see most of my cycle. Would you say this chart means I havnt ovulated. According to the app, I should've ovulated on the 12th. I had EWCM on the 11th and 12th

Hi Emma
To confirm ovulation you normally would have 3 risen temps after ovulation date. Not seen a chart like yours before where your temps jump and drop so much.
give it another cycle as this was your first temping. Make sure it’s the same time every day because that can effect it.
Good luck x

Thanks chattychar. Most of them are at the same time but there is 1 or 2 a bit later or earlier. Like u said I've been looking at sample of charts and just can't see any like mine :( a bit unusual up down up down etc x

Its difficult to see ovulation but ideal world chart when af finishes so see clearer pattern :) also when u wake up. Dont overthink it, i used to, just when you naturally wake up/temp typical for me 7am so. More or less same for me everyday. Welcome to charting becomes easier tho

How long are your cycles usually? My charts are very rocky and go up and down but I have pcis and don't ovulate.

Do you have regular cycles? Xx

Thanks kristenann. Hi maythe4th my cycles are quite regular. 26 days. Now and then they 27 days.
