is anyone else experiencing the swelling hands and feet? i am and its horrible and only my left foot. and its so noticable and only goes down when im walking like walking around when your shopping but then my back starts hurting cos ive got back problems which ive had even before i became pregnant. its so irritating and today i ended up grazing my big toe which is now throbbing. so my foot now looks like a deformed rubber glove when u blow it up. nt impressed but did get my first bits of baby boy clothes today

My feet were the same yesterday. Had to take my shoes off at work because they were digging in me so hard. Only trouble was, I couldn't get them back on when it was time to go home and had to walk bare foot to the car. I'm wearing flip flops today.

I managed to get them to go down a bit last night by putting them in a bath of cold water and then laying on the bed with my feet propped up on pillows. They were seriously like hobbit feet. My husband will start calling me Frodo if I'm not careful.

Mine do that all the time, and i'm a sufferer of one foot being more swollen than the other, unfortunately, for me its not a pregnancy thing I've been getting it for 5 years every summer. During the day i kinda just live with it, but at night they're so hot where they're swollen that i quite often wear a pair of wet socks to bed and have them stuck out over the edge with a fan on them, it sounds strange but its lovely, really takes the heat out of them and brings down some of the swelling!

My feet started to swell this week, kind of hope it was due to the hot weather and being pregnant, not just being pregnant!

glad to see im not the only one. i know the feeling ozgirlnat. been living in flip flops recently apart from when im at work. wish i was allowed lol at the frodo comment. heard it just gets worse from here carrying boys. my mate has one of each and she said u put on more with boys my mum gets that too nik106. she can barely walk when that happens. shes got special tights but never wears them. and thats a good idea. might give it a try only problem is i cant sleep if my feet arent covered or at the right temp. im really weird like that lol. i would love to say mines due to hot weather but ive had it for the past 2/3 weeks
