Anybody else feeling bad about not eating the 'perfect pregnancy diet'? I wouldn't say my diet is terrible but it's not been the best! My appetite still hasn't returned to normal so I just eat what I fancy and sometimes this is biscuits, crisps etc, I've been trying to eat lots of fruit as well but when it comes to dinner I don't fancy anything so haven't been eating many vegetables! I'm not overweight and still have a healthy BMI but have definitely put on weight over Christmas so feeling very frumpy and guilty!
