Hi dont know if im posting this in right place, and sorry if its disgusting too lol...
Ever since i gave birth so my son - (24 hr labour had epidural for last few hours, he was born back to back weighing 8lb14oz) Ive had constant back ache its worse last thing at night n first thing in morning... all so an embarrasing problem i think i have internal hemeroids, wen i need to have bowel movement i get shooting pain in my abdomen that seems to move and its so bad i cant move wen i get this..it also hurts alot wen i go to toilet
and fesh blood will be in toilet from it..
Does anyone have any idea why im haveing such pain in my back constantlyy and why my abdomen hurts? did anyone have this problem?

I had back ache after having a long labour and epidural but the pains when you poo and the blood shouldn't be happening. Even if it is nothing more than internal piles or an anal fissure at least the doctor can examine you and maybe give you something to help you poo easier with no pain.
