Back from my booking in appointment

And it all seems so real now! I'm so excited that I can't think of anything else!

The midwife was REALLY nice too which I'm very happy about. She did my bloods, tested my urine (which was fine apparently), felt my uterus which she said felt fine - nice and soft! and she's given me a huge baby pack with plenty of bedtime reading (apart from the labour and birth booklet that'll give me nightmares!). I didn't realise how much stuff they give you!

Plus, I have to ring on Friday to book my dating scan which I really can't wait for!!!! Oh, and she's made my appoinment for my 20 week scan but I can't remember the date (it's written down in my baby pack) though I know it's 2 weeks before Christmas!

Anyway, just thought I'd tell you all as I was BURSTING to tell someone how excited I am! x

Ah, that's brilliant, it does make it seem more real, you wait til you see the baby on the monitor its amazing to think that little thing is in your tummy!!!!!

Hehe, i remember when i first got my pack with my son, the pregnancy book freaked me out so much! I avoided looking at the labour section for as long as possible!!

It's an amazing rush when you finally get everything sorted, i just wanted to go out and buy baby stuff!!!!

Here's hoping you don't have to wait too long for your dating scan
