back from EPU mixed emotions

Just back from having a scan, the saw one baby moving with a strong heart beat, but unfortunately twin no2 had died. they are now looking after my other angel in heaven. Hopefully the pregnancy will still progress normally. I'm so sad and beating myself up now because i'm thinking i should be over the moon that baby 1 is ok

but hon dont beat yourself up because your not over the moon right now, you have to give yourself time to grieve, its still a shock you've only just found out. I hope everything goes well with baby no1 it is great he has a strong heartbeat I'm sure he's going to be a little fighter xx

So sorry to hear agree with what the others have said and I hope everything is ok with the other baby. The same happened to my mum when she was pregnant with me and she had a perfectly healthy remaining pregnancy. xxx xxx
