back from early scan....

hi all!!!

well, first of all. the scan I think went well! they saw my little baby and what it seemed a HB!!!! the lady that did scan for me said that bleeding in early pregnancy is normal???? and she said i was 7 1/2 weeks... after this, i saw the nurse. She told me that bleeding in early pregnancy is NOT NORMAL and gave me a leaflet about Threatened miscarriages..... I'M CONFUSED!!!!! and now this evening, the brown "stuff" is coming out again, but not only when I wipe, it shows in the pantiliner.... I'm going paranoid! anybody with the same problem?????

it so upseting, i have seen the HB of my LO and I was sooooo happy!!! and this evening the "demons" are coming back....
i know i need not to get stressed. I'm trying....

Hello there,

Glad that scan went OK and you saw the HB, From what I have heard, bleeing in pregnancy isn't so much as "Normal" but does happen to a lot of women. I think they are against saying its "Normal" because if women beleived its normal they wouldnt get checked out if bleeing was to occur, hope you know what I am trying to say.

My sister bleed with two of her pregnancies around the 9 week mark, everything was always OK. I also havea friend of is just over 20 weeks and has bleed loads and its always been fine. I am sure that everything is OK for you x
