Back ache

I'm just about into my third trimester now and was wondering if anyone else is suffering from really uncomfortable lower back ache? Has anyone got any tips for relieving it? I didn't have this with my first pregnancy and it's starting to really get to me.

A good back massage from hubby does help but that's not much use during the day or when you're shopping in Tescos with a stroppy 3 yo.

im getting terrible backache especially when shopping but when i read up on spd as i have a while befor my physo app it says shopping and pushing trolley can make it alot worse so might be worth getting hubby to do it for you xx

my backache is terrible too i even get it when am lying down so sore anf frustrating i would suggest a massage from oh would be the best thing
