back ache relief

Back been aching lately, tried a bath but still suffering tonight

Can I use a wheat bag, a bean bag type hot water bottle which heats up in microwave??

I know we are supposed to avoid hot baths, is it the same with a hot water bottle

i have a bath every day. Don't know if they are too hot or not. I don't have them scolding like my mother does..

Sorry I don't know, but I was wondering. Hot water bottles are the only thing that keep my period pains away.

Hi Zoe, my back's starting hurting in the last couple of days too.
I think it's fine to use a wheat bag/hot water bottle and a warm bath is ok too. I've been using a wheat bag and it has helped a bit.
