i worry when LO has quiet days, its difficult when u read stuff thats a bit scaremongering (like this http://pregnancyandbaby.com/pregnancy/b ... cy-153.htm ), but i also read somewhere else that by 32 weeks babys movements decrease as theres less room in there.
the past 2 or 3 days ive only felt a few light movements per day. should i worry? should i call or go to the hospital?

When I was in the later stages I didnt really feel much movements apart from when I was lying in the bath.

As long as the mw is checking you regularly... I wouldnt worry!

hun i was like this... remember? last weeks her movements where so light and i got really scared, she did this for about 3 days... then i finally went to the hospital...

and she was fine... they said she was having her lazy daysss... they said she'll have some days of going nuts and just kicking then the other days when she's really quite

the thing is, she was moving but i couldn't feel them, i just heard them on the monitor... weird i thought i would feel every movement oblivious not

don't worry girl... but if you really are worried then get check out....

personally I tend to just know how he is..If he has had a few busy days he will have a quiet day...Like mosts males can't pace himself LOL. He also is not particulary responsive to food or drinks but almost always responds to me lying on my left side.If i am worried i go lie on my left side and see what he does.

If you are concerned though give the hosp a call and they can adivse you.

I dont always feel 'kicks' as such anymore, sometimes it is just like the 'bubbles' felt at beginning where I assume babs is just having a wriggle rather than a good kick. I also get busy days followed by a couple of quiet days. I know they say toy should srtart feeling at least 9 seperate movements but I'm sure my babs does a lot while I'm asleep!!!

 thanku, i do remember that. u scared us coz u didnt post for ages after it! thinking of ur post has helped me worry much less than i would have otherwise, but even tho i knew u had the same thing and was ok i still cant help worrying
reading some articles scares me, i guess i shouldnt do it!

BIG hugs trixipaws
I tend not to read the 'scaremonger' stories as you call them, I can't see them helping me in my pregnancy one bit. As for LO's movements, yes they do move less as they grow, next time you're in the bath, curl up and imagine that's your LO, and its comfier to stay in one position rather than move a lot. Though some still do, I know our LO likes 4.30am for some reason, and his kicks are so much stronger now. Your LO will be finding a new pattern now trixipaws, they are now more aware of day and night and also have dream sleep, so I'm sure as the days pass you will know LO's new routine and feel just fine

Hi

I agree , every baby has their lazy days mine is lazy every day though just more then others at times.
I once didnt feel him for 3 days then went to the hospital when i fell and he was kicking away, try not to worry and relax
