Hi

What are everyone's babies like overnight? Active or quiet? If you wake up and turn over do you feel your baby move ? And are the movements subtle or strong? Anyone have any pattern to movements, I.e is your baby always quiet overnight or does it vary?

Thanks

Xx

Mines usually quite active at night. Sometimes it feels like a washing machine others really strong powerful kicks. Last night I could feel a limb and if prodded or poked it she would move for a few min's it was very cute

Mine is usually active at night before i go to bed and if i wake up in the night i can feel her kicking and usually in the morning aswell when i first wake up x

I was feeling him move in the middle of the night and also again in the morning. However, the last couple of nights I've felt nothing much.

i usually feel him more on a morning and a night when im laid flat and he has loads of room to play and move!

dont feel him much through the day when im at work - but that might be im busy etc and do not notice them.

i tend to have a day when he is none stop moving and then days like today hes quiet

I think mine has a pattern. My little one is more active in the evening and fairly quiet in the morning up until 12-1ish. When I wake in the night, I feel her sometimes but not always.
It's whatever is normal for you, maybe night time is when your little one sleeps? Is she quite active in the daytime? Xx

I get really stressed with movements because he goes quiet all night and morning even when I move over or has been recently midwife always tells me to keep an eye on movements
He is usually very active early evening until bed time though x

Mine is active around midnight, that is the only time my husband has been able to feel movements. Then he goes quiet, if I get up for a wee in the night I don't usually feel him, he does a little bit of kicking about 6-7am then I feel nothing at all until lunchtime. I was talking to my midwife about this today, she was listening to him and said he was really active and I couldn't feel it at all. I think my being able to feel it really depends on which way he is facing/laying, some days all the movement is really subtle and I start doubting if I've felt anything or not. How much are you feeling overnight?

If I wake for the loo around 3 I tend to feel a few massive kicks then she's active loads from around 5am so if hubby wakes me when his alarm goes off at 5.30 I have no chance of getting back to sleep as she's going so mental. I find she's active but not massively so when I wake around 7, another little session at lunchtime with a few sporadic kicks through the afternoon then she's mental again from around 8pm. I think she's going to be a night owl which will be fun when my little girl is an early bird haha x

I feel him mostly before I go to bed not much during the night, he's very active in the morning tbh he's quite active during the day too, he's definitely very active

She used to be active overnight and ten in the last week has just gone really quiet overnight but she is def more active throughout the day. It could be normal for her it's just the not knowing and I guess I am analysing everything!

Scan and Doppler was all fine today so hoping I sleep better tonight even if she is quiet! Her most active time used to be 6am but looks like that has changed, Harrison was just the same, he kept changing his pattern so never really had one!

Thank you for everyone's reply's xx seems we are all slightly different with our babies :) xx
