Thank u!! Even though my LO is 7 months I follow the 9 months! LO sleeps 7-7 for me , it works a treat and I've managed to get nap times to a T!

Just wanted to pass it onto SIL whos 12 month old won't sleep, keeps waking up and screaming to the high
