Baby rash?

Hi all,

My son is 4 and a half weeks old and he has been geting a rash on the back of his neck. Sometimes it looks quite red and sore other times it is alot better.

It could be heat rash or ecsma (sp?) or maybe he is allergic to something?? we put sudocrem on it and it went but can't keep putting that on as it goes everywhere when he is awake and moving around.

I have to see the nurse tuesday about my infected c-section wound but wondered if anyone had any ideas in the meantime or have had something similar on thewir babies?

alice had a rash over her face and it was because i had used a baby wipe on her face and she had reacted to it.

we used aquais (sp) cream for alices.

not much else i can htink off to suggest, but i wanted to offer hugs
