Tri-hopping massively here, but had to say what an amazing person you are. Such a fabulous thing you have done for your sister. I hope your pain eases and your back on your feet soon xxx

Your an amazing women. Well done and congratulations to you all x

Thank you all!!!

I lost quite a bit of blood (about 1.3L in total) so recovery is a bit slower, but managed about 5 hours sleep last night so feeling a bit more human today. Very sore and hurting but starting to feel some improvement :)

Your hospital sounds really good. Mine have told me baby cant leave hospital with it parents it has to be with me or social services will be involved.

That is so weird! Do the intended parents live in the same council area?

We are in Leeds and my sister also lives in Leeds. The NHS have been absolutely wonderful to be honest, they gave us both private rooms next door to each other (although we mostly just spent the time at hospital together in the one room).

Social services were not involved as such with us, but we had a meeting at the hospital and they had to take my sister and brother in laws details and there are checks done on them. They are only the kind that check for violent offenses or offenses against children. Social services have not been involved at all and there was never any mention about Phoebe not being able to leave hospital with my sister.

If you want to chat or ask me anything about our experience just drop me a message xx

Your an amazing strong person for being able to do that for your family! Congratulations and I hope you have a speedy recovery hun xx

Just to say what an amazing story and what a truly fab sister you are, to nurture a baby for your sister for 9months must be the biggest demonstration of love there is. I hope you are feeling better soon, make sure they keep a close eye on you and take care of yourself. You are the best Mum-Auntie a baby could wish for xxx

Congratulations to you all. This is such a lovely story. What a cutie too :) xxxx
