Baby monitor help?

I'm stuck between some baby monitors, I origanlly wanted the tommee tippee crystal clear sound monitor with the sensor mat

But then after a read at the reviews and some really bad ones, I thought is it worth the money ? I then looked at the angelcare one with the sensor mat, which I wasn't keen on as I have heard some bad reviews about angelcare with dopplers, so initially wasn't keen...
But angelcare had nothing but 5 star reviews !

What do you girls recommend? I could really use some advise on this xx

i had tommee tippee sensor pad monitor, and have used angelcare.... loved what they done HATED they were analogue!! so i bought tomy digital monitor and its amazing and sensor pad for it too... its good cos sensor pad is separate so u set ur own budget as to which monitor u buy and pad attaches to any digital tomy monitor... suppose its good to if one part ever breaks u only have to replace one part not whole set too?? id recommend it.... xx
