Baby hiccups :)

last night and the night before, the baby has had hiccups when i got into bed its so cute ive been waiting for this for months.. used to love it when Ellie had them

Question.. why do babys have hiccups??..

What are hiccups?...

Why do i have ONE hiccup every few days..?? OH finds it hilarious!!

I cant answer any of your questions lol but i was going to post something earlier to ask how can you tell the difference between the baby having hiccups and the baby constantly kicking???

I find them to be gentle 'kicks' and evenly spaced for a certain amount of time.. just a few mins
they do seem a little different to kicks as its a wider area felt (back) rather than just a foot or hand..

I'm starting to feel this too!
Mum had her hand on my bump the other night and Grace was jerking every few seconds, mum said, "She's got the hiccups Tiff". I had no idea it was hiccups and she'd been doing this jerking a few days before! It's so cute

They are a lot like gentle kicks, It's hard to tell the difference but if it's a jerking every few seconds, It's definitely hiccups xxx
