Baby Girl Belts

Does anyone know if it is possible to get belts for babies, dont know if this sounds silly or not, only my lo has a couple of outfits and she has no tummy because her pants just fall down but soon the tops will be too small. so not sure what to do???

Thomas has got 2 belts that came with his jeans maybe its worth looking about in the cheaper shops for ones that come with a belt matalan, peacocks ect
