Baby Colds

What do I use to help ease my son's cold he has a streaming nose at the moment and is breathing funny. I suppose he has alot of flem x First time mum so tad confused how to help him. I do have nose spray I could use for his nose and vapour rub so who anyone suggest them x

Thinking I might pop into boots they might be able to help me, friend suggest the babyrub so might grab some of the kalvol x

Avery had a little cold there but only once did she have a runny nose which was weird. I only gave her Calpol 3 times over space of 48hrs but she didn't seem too annoyed by having the cold tbh. Defo check with the pharmacist cos they'll be able to recommend what's best for LO. It's awful when they're ill and you feel helpless. Hope he gets better soon.
