Baby cold?

Tania's had 2 colds since she were born and i've used nasosal & calpol and i've tried karvol too.
Does anyone suggest anything that will help them feel better + a cleared nose?
I think tania's getting one again i am too!! I blame her nan
i had a cold and chest infection 2 weeks ago! i hate it when tania gets ill i feel guilty and so sorry for her!

have you got a shower- try running the shower for about 10 minutes with the bathroom door shut so the steam builds up. then strip Tania down o her vest or just a nappy as itll be hot in there then just sit in it for as long as you can bear. Do it a couple of times.That usually works with Rhys also put some books under the head end of her cot so she is slightly tilted it will stop the muck sitting on her chest and will help her nose getting to stuffy at night.
