Avent Sterilisers (?)

Ok so im so confuzzled...

What is the difference between

1. The IQ and the normal one and is it worth the extra money?

2. The manual breast pump and more expensive one??

Im sure there was something else...i will try to remember! .....

ive got the normal steriliser
it does the job in about in about 10mins
cant complain about that, not sure what the IQ one does but must not be much better
