avent steriliser

hiya

does anyone know where i can get a new one from? i keep cleaning it and descaling it but it keeps getting built up with limescale. i have looked on avent website but no joy. i descale my steriliser every 2 - 3 weeks so not sure y this is happening??? an ideas??????

are you in a hard water area?

just get a bottle of tesco value water.. and throw it out after 3 days of opening and get a new one.. they are about 20p for 2 litres.. if u need a new one they sell them in mothercare toysrus boots etc...

We had to buy water for ours as well as were in a hard water area and was a night mare, soon sorted though after cleaning it all up and using bottled water.

thanks for that ill give that a try. i thik it wud b best for me to buy a new unit first then getthe water n see how it goes, tahnks again xx
