How do you get a big picture as your avatar? (like becks)

It never lets me use one more than 100x100 pixels

Thats because 100 x 100 pixels is the maximum size allowed on the forum see guildlines here

Any one whos Avatar is larger then this please resize it to fit with the 100 x 100 pixel limit.

because i have a laptop any thread with posts with a large avitar make me have to scroll across to read every sentance... soooo annoying

I was just wondering how it was done because it wont even let me upload a picture bigger than 100x100, let alone use it

According to my OH...

On photoshop.. File > Save for Web

Though I can't use photoshop so that doesn't mean much to me.

It's annoying when I log on with my laptop as well (although the thing is so slow I rarely bother now )

It makes it really hard to read posts having to scroll left and right.

Photobucket resizes them to 100x75 how can I make it 100x100?
