hi Iv got an avacado to make for ella, is it ok to give to her at this age because it seems to have little pips in it  and how do I cook it? Do I peel it first? and do I have to take the pips out? mmmm very confused!

Hiya avocados don't have pips, just a stone.
Cut it in half lengthways (with the skin on) the use a sharp knife to get the stone out and you should be able to peel the skin off easily.
You don't need to cook it, you can just mash it on it's own or mix it with something like banana, it's yummy!

Edit:kiwi fruit have lots of little black pips in are you sure you have an avo?

hehe yes is definatly an avacado, I cut it width ways and theres lots of tiny seeds the same colour as the flesh  I didnt see a stone! mmmmmmm
