Hi ladies,

I am wondering if someone could give me some feedback on the above or similar please! My cycles are a bit all over the place since my mmc in February. I'm getting frustrated now and think maybe one of these will be helpful for me rather than trying to remember to pee on sticks for days on end. Would love some honest feedback. Thanks in advance ladies <3

I’ve heard good things about ovusense, I think it’s the only thing on the market right now that can actually tell you when you are about to ovulate not just confirm ovulation after it’s happened, not sure if Ava bracelet can do that xx

Hello yes I’ve got an ovusense. I do like it but I’ve got to say it’s a bit misleading with how it’s marketed. It gives you a prediction of when you’ll ovulate based on the previous months data but doesn’t actually confirm ovulation until a few days after. And if you join the Facebook page you’ll see lots of women don’t agree with the date it gives and actually plug their data into fertility friend as sometimes it seems more accurate. On the positive side you get very accurate temps with no hassle. You don’t need to wake up at the same time each day and once it’s in you don’t even know it’s there. It can show you things like if you have a progesterone deficiency/thyroid issues and after you’ve completed 3 months you get a consultation with their fertility nurse who analyses your charts and gives you advice. I really like it but honestly I don’t really rely on the info it gives as far as predictions and O dates x

i was debating purchasing this but its pretty much confirmed it for me that i am not going to bother.
That is really bad that it has gave misleading marketing, i was going to purchase it for that reason alone that it would tell me when i was going to ovulate not after. x

Yeah I see complaints about that quite frequently on their page and I was a bit disappointed in it as well. It’s only a prediction it gives up front and obviously for someone with pcos things change from one month to the next so a prediction isn’t great. Then when it confirms the date you see endless posts about the date being wrong. I wouldn’t be able to temp the traditional way as my 3 year old has me up and down through the night so I like it for that reason but basically just read the charts on my own (and I plug the info into fertility friend too) x

Well this is interesting.. I was leaning towards ovusense but maybe not! Be good to hear if anyone has used Ava as a comparative!

Definitly following this thread and would love to know of any ladies that have used the Ava too. I am currently looking at the reviews on the website and it's definitely swaying me to buy it. Its so expensive though isn't it, but if its going to help me then i suppose its worth it! x

If it’s any help there’s an ovusense Facebook page called ovusense users group. You can join that and look through the posts and see what you think x

Same! I have just been reading up on temping. I just know that's not going to be for me. I like the idea of just wearing a bracelet for bed and synching it up in the morning and carrying on my day. Not having to think about peeing on a stick for a change! I am tempted, just received a bonus from work, but would love to hear if anyone here has actually used it! X

I've been looking into this and the ava bracelet hasn't been tested of pcos :( but the ovusense has, I'm torn. I'm worried with what has been said in previous comments that's it won't give me a date for ovulation only will give me a date for when it has happened. Could you use it along with opk or is it just a waste of money to buy it and still do opk?

I think most people still use opks, I use it alongside opks as the opks kind of give me advance warning then a few days later ovusense confirms. If you have Facebook join the group and you’ll get a better idea of whether you think it’ll work for you x

Ok thanks you.
I think ovusense would be more effective with getting my temperature as sometimes my DD gets into bed with me in the morning if she wakes you early and don't want to be taking my temperature in front of her as she'll just keep asking questions

Yeah I’m the same, I couldn’t do bbt the normal way as I have a 3 year old. I tend to use ovusense to get my temps then I plug them into fertility friend as I find that more accurate x
