at then end of my tether

My daughter is almost 2 and it just being horrible. She has a cold and a cough but she screams and cant or wont tell me or show me whats wrong or what she wants. she has had some calpol. She wont let me console her and throws things at me bites me and other things. i just dont know what to do with her. she wont let me read her any books or play with her

I would just make sure she has what she needs and let her come to you, she may not want fussing but if you tell her mummy is here for cuddles if you want them then just leave her to her own thing.
It maybe a bit tantrum but also maybe frustration at not being able to tell you what is wrong so go with the calpol and try to relax as the more you get stressed the more she will.
