At the end of my tether!!!

I've really had about as much as I can stand of my eldest lad...he's nearly 12. All I've heard is 'it's not fair' since he walked in the house...i've swapped the rooms about ready for baby arriving and I told my eldest 2 to sort out their crap so I can finish their room. I've done most of it but it's things like settin up the ps3,puttin clothes away and puttin books and DVDs on shelves...they're 11 and 9 so I'm not exactly askin too much from them am I?
Anyway all they've done is fight and argue since they went upstairs...ry (eldest) has already rammed a door into bens arm and thrown a wooden brick trolley at his nose. Ben isn't totally innocent cos I know he knows exactly how to wind his brother up. But I really don't know what to do wiv them...my husband is gonna go mad if he cones home and sees me in this state (they're not his kids and don't get on great at the best of times) I'm just fed up of livin in a warzone. I've just been up cos now my 4yr old is cryin and surprise surprise they haven't touched the room..infact it looks worse than wen they started. I've spent the day cleanin and sortin and I'm just so fed up

oh hon...I reckon u need a peaceful bath and lock the lot of them out of there while u soak! They will just have to sort themselves out for a bit! Big hugs x x x

what about letting ur OH sort them out when he gets back say youve tried but theyve not listened. See if they listen to him x

aww no hun
i dont know how u discaplin ya kids but i take the stuff off alfie and tell him he aint having it back why dont u tell them that they have 30 mins to put the things where they belong or there going int o the shed, attic, a box until they learn to look after there things??
go back in in half hour and if there doing it tel them thy have another 15 mins coz of there good team work and if there not go down get a bin bag and tel them its going in in 5.............4.............3..........2........1......... they will hopefully soon start scrabbling around for there stuff
