Asprin?

I'm doing alot of reading up on ways to support my pregnancy. I'm already on 400mg of progesterone. But reading up on the benefits of baby asprin.

Anyone have any experience in taking this? Do the benefits out way the risks?

Hi, I was on 1000mg of progesterone but not aspirin, I would talk to midwife/docs before taking anything! Good luck x

I took 80mg daily of aspirin after having 3 losses - it wasn't advised by the doctor (they did no investigations and put my losses down to my age - 35 at the time!), just decided to after reading what it does etc......I took it after my last loss until I was 36 weeks pregnant with my daughter then gradually reduced dose one every other day, one every 3 days etc until I stopped ready for birth.

Thanks for the advice ladies.
I was at the epu today and her 1st thing was after checking that I was taking progesterone, was to start me on aspirin.
So on 75mg per day until further notice.
