Ashamed to say I've been hiding since Freya's birth

Well the title says it all really. My little girl was born early January and I felt myself going downhill from then. I withdrew from contact with people including this web site. I now recognise and accept that I have PND. I have a Dr appt Monday and am determined to beat this thing and start enjoying my daughter. Fellow users of this site were brilliant to me while I was pregnant and during my labour so Im really very sorry for just disappearing. Onwards n upwards!!!!

Just to echo what others have said really, well done for recognising the problem and tackling it head on. Dont be ashamed hun, be proud of yourself for taking action. Good luck with the Docs on Monday, I hope they give you all the help and support you need
