Stanley has cut two more teeth and is cutting 2 more so 6 in total by 7 months! So he's not very happy and my Alfie has got a temperature of 40.0 and all NHSDirect have told me is give him Calpol but it's not working!! Can't get a docs appointment either not the best of days x

With a temperature like that you need to take him to A&E if they won't see him at the GP practice. Sorry, I don't mean to freak you out, but I think you should try your gp practice one more time, and if they still refuse to see him straight away take him to the hospital immediately.
