My washing machine packed up just before Xmas, we replaced the obvious things but it still didn't work, so we bought a new one from Argos.
On Sunday it decided to stop mid cycle, and all the lights started flashing at me. It's full of water and clothes, and won't do anything.
So as it's still under the guarantee I've being calling and calling the service line all day. An engineer is supposed to be getting back to me to arrange to come and look it. I've heard nothing, called Argos back and was promised a call by 5.30. Nothing. So I called back and got "sorry the office is now closed"
