argh the leg cramps begin

lying in bed last night and i streched out and both my legs cramped up talk about pain lol.
I was not looking forward to this part but here it is lol

funny you should say that when i'm sat down and get up i often get it too it's agony, i often find moving it as much as i can bear eases the cramp up

ooo i know what you mean too. i been getting cramps for the past couple of weeks. always at night when im in bed tho. I dont remember getting them this early on with Olivia

bless ya chick my hips and legs are getting worse every night, was on crunches with Alastair towards the end dont want it to happen again
