I had implantation bleeding with my last 2 pregnancies ( unfortuanately I miscarried both)
I had the same symptoms as you have discribed sore breasts and abdominable pain then a couple of days later had slight bleeding for about 2-3 days.
Put your mind at rest and do an early pregnancy test, I tested positive at about 3 days after implantation.

ok, i bit the bullet....bought a bulk of tests off the interenet, i think it was a very light period and not implantation but now time will tell...
