I'm 18 and me and my boyfriend who's 24 are planning on starting our family. I bought some vitamins I read are good to take but I'm not sure when I should stop taking certain ones and if they're the right ones. We're going to start trying in July so this gives me time to sort them out. I'm taking my prescribed iron tablet (ferrous fumarate) as I'm anaemic, folic acid, vitamin C and D. I'm eating a good healthy diet at the moment and trying to put on a bit of weight I really want to be as healthy as I can be for this baby. Please help! :)

Yes they sound fine, folic acid and vit d being the most important. You can take iron for anaemia when pg but I'd maybe just go over it with your gp when you do get pg x
