Appetite

im same as KJL, when i eat i am soo full and uncomfortable its putting me off eating.

yesterday i had a piece of toast 6am in the morning, about 1pm i had a plate of roast potatoes and 3 veg, and i was so uncomfortable from eating a whole plate i could barley move til 7pm. then at 10pm i had a yoghurt :?
 
My appetite is not what it used to be.

All i had yesterday was Porridge for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch then we went out for a meal last night and I am still full from it this morning.

im always starving :(

Im fine after brekkie, then in the afternoon i pick at chocolate... I make a nice big family evening meal, but by the time Bweth's gone up to bed im picking again :oops: I need to calm it down, cos ive only put on a stone so far and id like to keep it that way. I was hardly slim to begin with hahaha :rotfl:

Typical day's chod at the moment:

Breakfast:

Big bowl of sultana bran with milk.

9.30am:

Hula Hoops or Pickled Onion Monster Munch and an apple.

10:30am (school break):

Biscuits x 504378596025769274

1:10pm (school lunch):

Full school cooked dinner, plus soup and usually a crumble or something too with custard. Plus apple or bread roll.

4pm:

Chocolate. Thus begins the chocco cravings for the night.

5.30pm:

Tea, usually fish or pie or something with 3 veg.

6pm (pudding):

Natural yoghurt and plum jam.

Then I snack every half hour until bed and STILL feel hungry.

Raaaaaa! :shock:
 
I have horrendous heartburn all the time so it stops me from being hungry.
I have a major craving for fruit at the mo. Fruit with cheese. Apples, grapes and the strongest cheddar possible.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm cheese....

Heartburn is making me mizzy at the mo too :(

:D But i'm with you on the Cheese craving i love it :D
 
I'd lost 4 1 /2 kilos since my booking appointment when I was weighed at my ante natal appointment last week. They still tell me I've probably got gestational diabetes which i have to monitor this week. So far today I had porridge with sweetner, salad, chicken breast and tzatziki, two yoghurts and a tub of pineapple and I'm starving, I so need bread, potatos, pasta, rice or some sort of refined carbs.. :wall: Arrrggghhh I'm fed up of this pregnancy, the last one was so easy, I feel tired and ancient!! :oops:
 
I'm snacking loads, find I get full up a lot sooner than usual if I eat a big meal though
