Anyone tried this method?

Just wondered if anyone has tried the smep? (sperm meets egg plan)? Is it a good method, does it give results??

Yep i tried it back in feb and got a BFP! you can check my journal but we stuck to the plan and it worked, so i say give it a go

dangerous question to ask - ask that in TTC and people probably haven't, ask it in a pregnancy area and it's probably been a great success...

seriously though, it's well thought out and a logical approach. It covers all bases - getting you to try every other day so you don't miss out on ovulation and getting a few extra in when you're most fertile.

Well we've been trying every other day but thought as I am using opk this month we could give this a go, thanks ladies I think your right, it's worth a shot. Hopefully it will work and scotchegg your right I should have looked at where I was posting, whoops didn't realise, sorry ladies. Xx

Hi girls. The plan is that you start from CD8 and then every other day until you get a positive OPK. Once you get a positive OPK you for 3 nights in a row, have one day off, then one last time. xxx

sounds a bit complicated for my liking, lol at the moment i'm sticking to the old 'as much as he can give' method, seems the easiest to execute and the most fun haha xx
