Anyone struggle eating lots of fruit?

I am not good at eating fruit. Veg I can kick out the park with soups and sides but fruit always repeats on me and gives me cramps.

Went to our local Lidl on Saturday and they have fruit smoothies in cartons. 2 of your 5 a day in one serving but I have already had two this morning.

Really lovely texture and flavour and I'm so relieved I've found a way to get my fruit intake without suffering, I thought I'd share.

The strawberry one is especially lovely xx
 
smoothies sound nice GG

I'm much better at eating fruit in the summer when all the British produce is in season, I make 2-3 big pans of soup a week for me and my toddler and I quite often chuck some apple or pear in to
 
Mmmmm smoothies! I sometimes steel from DD's supply lol!

My fruit intake is 1 banana and 1 apple a day, that's it. Veg... well this I find a bit more difficult but I try!

Do you take any supplements? x
 
I'm very bad. I'm lucky if I eat a banana ��

Thanks for tip. Next time I go to lydl I will look out for the smoothies

I had a half a banana this morning for breakfast, it was just not happening haha. My fridge is packed with veg. I can't eat dinner without veg but fruit...not so much lol

KHTW taking nothing but folic acid, my veg intake is pretty good but will ask on the 17th. I'm not good at taking those huge pregnacare multi tablets and the like. Are you taking anything?

I am taking Pregnacare plus so 2 huge tablets per day!!! I am really bad when it comes to eating veg so prefer having a back up x

Have you noticed your ticker says the same date as mine now? When mine was 252 days, yours said 228. How very very strange lol

The ASDA version of pregnacare are much smaller tablets - like capsule sized but in tablet form - they have changed since my last pregnancy as they were huge then but are nice and manageable now. Fuck you Pregnacare!! :D
 
KHTW God go you. I just cant take them its like being tortured lol. You'd think I was trying to swallow a brick the state of me. Im super good with veg, kale, spinach everything I love it but I should maybe take something extra xx

Lol yes! I ended up with 2 that said different and eventually I changes my 'early' one! A bit strange, yes! :D
 
What I have started doing , is slicing plums, pears, strawberries and apple and sprinkled a little delete sugar as the plums were sore lol.. it's helping



As for food I have totally lost my appetite :-(
 
the 5 a day can come from fruit OR veg, doesnt have to be 5 of each, in fact 5 fruit portions a day would be a lot of sugar!

Oh, I do...I have 2 a day with the smoothies in the morning and the rest is veg...probably do more veg actually, lol
