anyone only have a +ve after a blood test?

Hi Louise,
WWWWOOOOWWWWW! 9 weeks! My AF is late by 3 and a half weeks and I'm going crazy so I can't imagine how you are feeling at 9 weeks!!!!
I have been testing every morning since about 4 days after my AF was due (with some cheapie ebay tests) and all I get is BFN!!!!!!
When is your blood test?
I went to the doc's about a week ago and they said I have to wait until I miss another period before they will let me have blood test! Mad or what? so he doc did me a wee test instead and you guessed it BFN!!
Do you have any symptoms and see if I can say 'snap' to any!

well not sure if these are proper symptoms or just in my head 
-No AF
-light headed and dizzy
-don't feel like 'me'
-sick feeling at back of my throat constantly
- receeding gums
-not hungry (not like me at all
) or very hungry
-crampy pains
-headaches (never EVER have headaches)
- very tired but then can't sleep (again so not like me)
-visable veins in chest and boobs
- sensitive nipples
-heavy discharge
Quite a long list really

Did you have any spotting when you were due AF? I did it was the tinyest two spots of blood (sorry if TMI)

ooh! forgot those ones!!
-quite alot of wind
-can't go to toilet or going lots
- 2 days v.v.light bleeding at start of june (not enough to use anything)
so if i'm working from my last proper period i am now 14wks and counting!

OMG you 2.... ive got nearly all them symptoms too... lolexcept im completely opposite to constipated!!!
i SHOULD have been due AF tomorrow (monday) but shes reared her ugly head a day early!!! plus its just really really light!!
got constant AF pains, felt sick during the night, got bad wind, really hungry!, really tierd but just so restless and hot when i go bed, tense belly, sensitive teeth, and just dont feel like myself!!

think your brain deserves a rest, i know how you feel, ive been on a rollercoaster ride since i m/c, with all my false positives ive had... i kept thinking i was preggo again, but ends up still being left over hormones from m/c!! Mmmm
luckily now, they gone and im just waiting for that BFP!!!

had my blood test this morning and will have the results by friday, i had to fight for it tho!
apparently its the surgery's policy not to do blood tests to check for pregnancy and the other doctor had mis-informed me! she told me "ideally you should wait another month before bothering me!!" (making it 3 without AF) don't think the woman was expecting my reaction to that remark to be honest
