Anyone know the name of this film????

ok this has been annoying me for ages but does anyone know the name of this film that has a storyline like this;

a women is kidnapped and taking to a house in the country where this psycho couple keep her so she can have their baby, they keep her in some sort of basement place, she escapes at the end of it! the psycho women who helps kidnap her is petrified of blood, at the end there's lots of commotion at some tractor place

this is all i remember so sorry if it makes no sense LOL but i would like to see it again and cant for the life of me remember what its called!

the main part of the story is about the couple who cant have a baby and a doctor kidnaps one of his patients who is pregnant so they can take her baby after the 9 months
