Hi Guys,
Our bl**dy boilers packed up & i'm freezing and have no hot water
So wondering if any of you lovely peeps have got an other half who's a plumber who may be able to suggest something (other than calling out an emergency one!!) The pilot light has gone out and won't come back on.
The boiler (a Glowworm Ultimate?) says its 'fully automatic' & the pilot light will come on by itself so they don't provide you with anyway to ignite it yourself! very handy
so if anyone can help my chilly little feet would really appreciate it! (we've tried turning the thermostat knob on & off, but it makes no difference)
