Anyone interested in doing on-line diets

I joined http://www.closerdiets.com the other day but today is my first day on it (had to get the shopping in!!) It costs £2.50 a week.

They work out your meals for the week and I am impressed at what you get - this is my week one menu!!






Day 1 View Day 1 >>
Breakfast A Bowl of Special K with Soya Milk, Served with a Slice of Brown Bread and a Glass of Pink Grapefruit Juice.
Mid Morning Snack Plums
Lunch A Rice and Ham Salad with Onion in a Lemon and Olive Oil Dressing
Afternoon Snack Eight Roasted Chestnuts
Dinner Chick Peas and Carrots in a Curry Sauce served with Chapati.
Evening Snack Six Toasted Almonds

Day 2 View Day 2 >>
Breakfast A Bowl of Weetaflakes With Milk and Sliced Peach. Served With a Slice of Wholemeal Bread.
Mid Morning Snack One High Fibre Cracker with one Mini Babybel
Lunch Salad Roll served with a Mixed Berries and Peach Smoothie
Afternoon Snack Apple
Dinner Tuna, broccoli, white rice
Evening Snack One Crisp Bread with Marmite

Breakfast A Bowl of Special K with Low Fat Milk and Sliced Blackberries. Served With a Slice of Rye Bread.
Mid Morning Snack Wholemeal Oatcake with One Portion of Laughing Cow light
Lunch Chicken & Cheddar Cheese Salad Wrap with a Fresh fruit salad.
Afternoon Snack 200 ml of Nescafe Moca
Dinner Warm Salad of Smoked Tofu and Chestnuts with Rice, topped off with a Crème Fraiche and Fresh Basil Dressing.
Evening Snack Satsuma

Breakfast A Bowl of Special K with Soya Milk and Sliced Strawberries. Served With a Slice of Brown Bread.
Mid Morning Snack A Wholemeal Oatcake with a Teaspoon of Hummus
Lunch Eggs and Salad on Brown Bread with a Peach and Mixed Berries Smoothie
Afternoon Snack One High Fibre Cracker with one Mini Babybel
Dinner Turkey Breast. in a Thai Curry Sauce served with Rice
Evening Snack Apricots

Day 5 View Day 5 >>
Breakfast A Bowl of Cheerios with Milk and Sliced Mixed Berries. Served With a Slice of Toasted Wholemeal Bread.
Mid Morning Snack Cream of Chicken Soup
Lunch Sliced Roast Beef and Salad on Wholemeal Bread with a Mango and Pear Smoothie
Afternoon Snack Two Jaffa cakes
Dinner Warm Salad with Crab and Potato, topped off with a Crème Fraiche and Chive Dressing.
Evening Snack Cup of Spring Vegetable Soup

Breakfast A Bowl of Special K with Soya Milk and Sliced Raspberries. Served With a Slice of Wholemeal Bread.
Mid Morning Snack One Crisp Bread with a Teaspoon of Peanut Butter
Lunch Boots Shapers Cheese Salad Hearty Roll served with a glass of Pineapple Juice
Afternoon Snack Low Fat Natural Yogurt
Dinner Hamburger, mushrooms, potato, salad
Evening Snack One Crisp Bread with a Scraping of Low Fat Spread

Day 7 View Day 7 >>
Breakfast A Bowl of Ready Brek with Milk, Served with a Slice of Brown Bread and a Glass of Orange Juice.
Mid Morning Snack A Dessert spoon of Toasted Sunflower Seeds
Lunch Barbecued Chicken and Salad on Wholemeal Bread with a Mango and Pear Smoothie
Afternoon Snack Apple juice
Dinner Fettuccine in an Amatriciana Sauce with Stir-Fried Bacon.
Evening Snack Boots Shapers or an Innocent Mango and Banana Dairy Smoothie
 
TBH i wouldnt join anything like that. :talkhand:
 
I'm just doing it online as I dont always have time to go to a meeting to get weighed - I would never have done anything before Arianna as I was too embarrassed!!
 
Do they tell you what to eat then? Or can you pick certain foods?
I hate diets, i dont like that you cant just eat what you want, I know that sounds really stupid :oops:
 
They ask what you like, etc and make a diet for you.

I love rice and pasta and a lot of diets dont include them but this one does!!
 
Sounds good, But i bet your shopping bill come in high :shock:

ah thats alright then, i just thought it send you a list of random meals.
I like the slim fast diet but i know it isnt good for you...i wish some one would make a pizza diet :shock: id be a stick

Probably... but to be hoinest I REALLY need to loose weight and if this helps so be it!!
