Hi all, I need some help - I'm in a mild state of panic at the moment. I'm having the NK cell biopsys at Coventry under Dr's Brosens/Quenby at the moment and having had the first one last month it brought AF on at day 27. I then started testing for OV at day 10 this month as I usually would and strangely I got a dark-ish faint line and had an uncomfortable pain in my side and a bit of watery cm. Since then I've had nothing on the ov tests just very faint evap lines each day and I'm totally dry no cm whatsoever. I'm day 17 and should have ovulated by now. I'm terrified I've missed it at around day 10 but I've never Ov'd that early before so didn't expect to need to start testing earlier than that. Not only that but if I have missed it I'll have to wait another month, and it's highly likely that I'll be in Portugal when the next one is due which would mean October before we can have the next one and November before I can try again.

I guess what I'm asking if anyone has experiences with these and whether it threw your ovulation dates out to earlier or later?

I'm hoping its going to be late and can still happen but who knows x

I've no experience of NK cell biopsies but I did have an endometrial polyp removed and had an endometrial biopsy at the same time so I'm thinking the procedure itself may have been similar. I had the procedure done near the start of my cycle and ovulated as usual afterwards. The only difference I did notice was that the blood flow during that AF was really thick and brown with hardly any red. A bit like it was part of the healing from the procedure. The cycle after that was totally normal. I hope that helps.
