anyone got pg whilst bf?

Hi there,

I have posted in the 'wtt' topic page but thought i may get more luck here!

My DD is 8mo. She feeds no more than 4 times a day as is also on solids but still feeds up to 4 times in the night.

My DH has been away for around 5month and came home this weekend. because hes been away ive not bothered getting any contraception as didnt see the point. anyway as you can guess we dtd this weekend and since yesterday ive been getting mild stomach cramps.... Could this be implantation cramping? Or could this be af wanting to make a return? Or me just being paranoid?? I know as you reduce the feeds in the day and night the more fertile you become. but has anyone here fallen pg whilst bf and able to tell me any early signs they had? Im guessing im prob not pg as its only 4 days since dtd but i cant get the thought out of my mimd!!

Thanks for your replies ladies! Guess i shall just have to wait and see! Its hard to find info outfor symptoms of bwing pg when bf as everywhere assumes youve a regula visit from af and one day she doesnt arrive.. oh well xx

My AF arrived 2 weeks after Oliver started sleeping through...I was gutted

I'm sure you'll be okay...but as you are not exclusively BF you are certainly fertile! x
