Anyone good with paint shop pro?

What I'm trying to do is make a colour photo into black and white but to leave an area (the eyes) colour. I've had a tinker with the blending layers and think it might be something to do with the eraser tool but haven't sussed it yet.

Its a colour pic of a baby which I can make black and white but I want to leave the babies eyes the original colour, any idea how to do that in PSP9?
