Hi all haven't been here in ages.

Just a quick question. Had Af on 8th december and have here again today imagine nearly 42 days ago. Has anyone a long cycle like me

I had ridiculously long cycles for 2 years after coming off the pill...a lot of people find their cycles are funny then - could you be in the same situation?

I have just come off the pill and last cycle was 8 weeks and looks like this is going to be the same!! Its really frustrating but guess its my bodies reaction to coming off the pill and suppose it just needs to work its course! I hope yours sorts its self out soon! xxx

I had a 45 day one a few cycles ago and def attribute this to coming off the pill. Agnus castus can really shorten cycles - have u tried that? Xx

i had a 37 day cycle last month- im on the agnus castus this month to try to shorten mine!
