Just wondered if anyone else has done this?

We started one a while back and wrote from where Bobbi was conceived and we write entries every week or whenever something has happened... such as we've gone somewhere special, had m/w visit, what he was doing during his scan etc...

(I keep saying he...won't find out tough until 22.11 , just instinct..)

We also put photos in of my growing bump, scan pics, etc...

just someting for him to look at when he gets older :D

I have a baby first year book which you can put date of first scan, when we found out how we felt etc...Thats enough for me :D

I haven't, but I thought about it, and thought it would be anice thing for all of us to look back on, don't if I've missed too much to start one now? I might have a look around at the different ones for ideas..........do you just use a normal diary thing, or have you bought a special one?

I just got a nice patterened hardback book so that i can control it myself.

We only started ours about 6 weeks ago but just wrote in important milestones :D

I have a baby book for B&T but starts from birth and sometimes they ask me questions about when I was pg with them and I've forgotton so thought this could be a good idea this time.

So fascinating too to look back at how your tummy grows over the weeks!

Oooh I might buy a nice book and see how I get on then....... :cheer:

Enjoy! I find it quite exciting filling in new details :D

I enjoyed reading other peoples on the internet when we were trying to conceive. Won't do my own though.

We have a baby book and we also are in the process of doing a pregnancy/baby journal online.

I think it will be nice to look back and reminiss (sp?) on my pregnancy and our baby's first milestones. :D

they are such nice ideas i keep a diary of scan dates and m/w visits and also log when i get twinges and pains just so i can look back and see if it was the same in other pregnancies for the future.

I have been filling in my pampers pregnancy diary, but was considering getting a baby record book. If I get a blank book I know I won't be abe to think of all the things I want to put in. The question is which one though? There are a couple of good ones Mothercare.

I bought a large pregnancy journal type thing from Mamas and papas when I was pregnant and it had seperate sections for each trimester with pages for info such as week by week, special times, check lists and where things were bought/cost for the baby, etc...seems strange to look back at it now 6 months later and so glad I filled it in religiously.
Have put it in the keepsake box for Charlie with other things like his virth tags, first outfit, hospital birth card, etc.

I got a nice patterned notebook when I got my BFP and started a diary but I've only written in it 3 times I think, I love the idea and like Rusks said, its partly so in future pregnancies I can look back and see what things were the same.

I put a photo of my positive test in and Im going to fill it with scan pics, first movement dates, etc. OH said he'll buy me that pregnancy journal from mamas and papas but its got sections in that I dont think Id fill in so for now Im just doing my own. It might not seem so important now but I know in the future I'll love looking back on it :)

That's what we thought, something to look bacxk on.

B & T have been writing in too and doing their own pages for their new sibling..drawing pics..very cute!

We've also done the pg test pic :D
