..... or know what it may be?

I came of the pill late in January and have been waiting for AF to arrive properly ever since. A few days ago I started to feel very nauseas and extremly dizzy and I started bleeding very lightly which I assumed was AF starting. The dizziness has gotten worse over the last few days and today it's at its peak and coincidently, when I woke up this morning I found that AF had gifted me with more than my fair share of her bounty.... not nice.

So what I want to know is, is this dizziness and my first AF connected? I hope it is as I have been feeling so crappy at work and have had to call in sick today due to not being able to walk in a straight line, it feels like being drunk!

Sorry for the TMI.... and yay for my first AF! I can start TTC properly now!

i didnt want to read and run im only guessing it maybe be the influx of hormones making you feel dizzy i know coming off some pills can make you feel nauseous x

Hi Shadow

It is probably just your body getting back to normal with the changes of hormones etc and you AF coming on. I get light headed and a lot of sickness when i get my AF.

If your concerned, maybe a trip to the docs would pay off?

Good luck for next month and fingers crossed for your :bfp: !!

Thanks for the answers guys.... i must admit, i dont have a doctors yet, only just moved into the area and have been working my arse off so have not had a chance to go and register... im one of these people who just hopes stuff will go away eventually, lol.

xxx

Oh register for a doctor. When you get your :bfp: you will need one then. It's good to get to know your doctor and for them to get to know you a little first anyway.

Best of luck for this month!!

Hiya,

This hasn't happened to me personally, but It has happened to my Mum. (She's a young mum and I have 4 younger siblings!)

She came off the pill (purely because it was giving her severe mood swings!) and her first period which was afetr 2 months, was very very heavy. So much so she was bedridden! :(

The Docs told her it was quite common apparently, and was due to a hormone imbalanc, resulting in a thicker lining or something? Anyway, it was over in a few days, and her periods wen't back to normal right after.

Every woman is diffrent though, if it gets worse maybe go see a doctor about it? x

Baby Dust to you for next month though!! xxx

:dust::dust::dust::dust:

Good luck xxx

Hi chick, you could always give NHS 24 a ring and pop to your local out of hours if you need a doc. Hope your feeling better. x

Hey guys, thanks so much for the help! DIzziness seems to be easing off as AF does so I think it really must have been her that casued it.

Love and babydust to you all!!

Hi Wolfy

Glad u r feeling better and can finally crack on with some serious :bd: to TTC.

Did you manage to get registered with a doctor yet?
x

Not yet no (slaps own hand). I have been working 6 days a week recently so not much chance to do anything besides eat and sleep, and somewhere I have to fit doing the BD in there, lol. I promise I will do soon though. :)
