Arianna has started to freak of she gets dirty hands :?

Every 2 minutes she comes running to me with her hands out shouting Mummy until I take the little speck of whatever off her hands.

If she spills she goes running to the tissue box and wipes up whatever it is...

She has never been given into trouble for anything like that and she doesnt look worried she just says "oh no, tissue"

:?

My nephew was the same at exactly the same age Sarah. Hairs, flecks of dirt, he'd have to dispose of them. When he was over at ours visiting we had lunch and he cleaned and dried the table. He looked at it, saw a crumb and then cleaned the whole lot again. Then he cleaned the floor underneath (picking crumbs up individually). He isn't so bothered now so I'm sure it was just a phase.

Daniel is exactly the same and I have been so careful not to be overly fussy about dirt, mess etc.

You should see him with the hoover or polish and duster! :rotfl: I hope that bit doesn't wear off!

I have a little bit of a cleaning obsession, i hope it doesnt rub off on ryan!!

alice kinda does the same. Some days she will panic, other days she will be fine. She doesn't like seeing herself in the mirror with food around her face. she gets very upset.

im guessing it is just a stage, and i try not to fuss when she does have a funny moment. Things like finger painting, i show her that it doesn't hurt me to have mess on my hands and she soon tends to calm down. we where looking at the insects in my mums garden the other week and she wouldn't hold a worm and kept saying dirty. So i covered my hand in dirt and held the worm and she then she seemed happier to have a go.

she is a very mummy do it first kinda girl though. She is always copying me

Hi my daughters the same when we do baking she wont get her hands in the bowl and if they get dirty she cries ...drama queen lol

No, i wish they did though!

Sarah she dont sound obsessive, its nice that she wants to be clean - its hard for me to get mine i the bath when there mucky, they love it!!

Aaron was the same at her age but he soon grew out of it! He doesn't care now! I have to make him wash his face and hands if they get over dirty

Ellie is like that. She goes through about 2 packsof babywipes a week

Paris was the same about her hands, she used to get really upset if they had a speck of dirt on them :?
