Anyone else getting period pains?

I seem to of started spotting again but i have more pains this time, My midwife has said i can go for a scan but said no as i feel im wasting their time.
I have just got over a UTI and would be gutted if i have another already, I felt so dirty first time round.
Im not sure as i am craving fruit that maybe my body isnt used to so much of it. I am a constant crap eater so my body only gets maybe 1 piece of fruit a month

I just dont know what to think

Yeah ive been getting period like pains on and off all of the way through hun, I would take the option of the scan for your piece of mind and to see ur bubs again! Dont feel like your wasting their time as they wouldnt have offered you a scan otherwise.
