Anyone been induced with baby's head not fully engaged?

just wondered as i read something online about it being dangerous to be induced if the heads not engaged as the cord can come down through the cervix when they break your waters etc?

i'm not too worried as with Josie her head was at -3 station and gradually came down as the induction progressed... which is the same as what they have said i am with this one. But I just wondered if anyone has been induced when the babys head is only 1/5th engaged (4/5ths palpable) which is what i am now?

If the head doesn't engage or come down even with the pessarys will they still go ahead and break the waters?

Campbell did not engaged at all and I was induced! I was 2 cm dilated for 2 weeks before the induction. Because of that I didnt need gel and was given IV straight away to start contractions. All was fine! xx

my best friends little boys head wasnt engaged at 10days overdue and they jut gave her a section, i guess its different everywhere and depends how far they have to come down. x
