Anybody else overdue?

Overdue 40 weeks plus 9 days

I was due on 24th August, it came and went.

My first born was induced at 40+12 but didnt arrive till 40+14 and thats because they got the hormone drip out!

Im terrified this time round. I know whats coming.

I have had 2 sweeps another tomorrow if I want it.

The exhaustion is setting in, I have carpal tunnel in both hands, no fun.

On the bright side, this time next week my son will definatley be here.

Anybody else overdue?

Bless you hun, I am not overdue as have 2 weeks left yet but I went 9 days overdue with my daughter and it felt like torture so I know how you feel. Really hope the third sweep kicks things off for you x

Im not pregnant but did go overdue with my LO. He was born on 14th day overdue.

Sometimes they just like to hang on in there and take control of our bodies for a while.

My first was born at 40+13 (just!), after being induced at 40+12. I have a feeling this one will be the same, and although I'm due the 21st, I can't really seem to get excited,as I could be n October mummy yet! Fingers crossed something happens for you soon- I can remember wanting to punch people every time I got calls and texts asking if anything was happening!

I went 12 days over with my son and they seemed like the longest 12 days ever, I feel for. But like you I tried to focus on the fact that he had to be here by 42 weeks. Not long now. Fx you go before induction. Xx
